Frontline Millionaires University was born out of a dream, a dream to ensure no child has to navigate life’s challenges alone.

Our Frontline Founder

Our founder, Ray Miles, grew up in Phoebus, Virginia, a community rich in spirit but limited in resources. As a child, Ray witnessed countless peers fall through the cracks because they lacked access to the opportunities and mentorship they deserved. Determined to rewrite this story, Ray created FMU, a safe space for youth to learn, grow, and dream.

Today, FMU serves as a beacon of hope for underserved youth. From teaching self-sufficiency to navigating emotional challenges, building leadership skills, and creating pathways to thriving careers, we’re here to equip young people with the tools they need to succeed.
